SHIPPING

Please allow additional processing times from December 24th - January 11th due to increased demand on the postal system, public holidays and fewer staff in our warehouse.

In order to remain open and to ensure the wellbeing of our warehouse staff we’ve had to make some changes which have unfortunately affected our dispatch times. We’ve enforced increased safety measures, limited staff per areas and social distancing rules. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer collections from Australia post, limited domestic flights and increased volumes as more people are now shopping online.

Our warehouse staff are continuing to work tirelessly under these difficult circumstances and are doing all they can to ensure our orders are fulfilled as fast as possible. We thank everyone for their patience during this time and appreciate the ongoing support.

Shipping times and costs

Please allow up to 72 business hours for order processing, excluding sale periods.

AUSTRALIA

Orders shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number provided.

Standard Shipping: 5-16 business days.
FREE for orders over $50, $10 for all orders under $50.

Express Shipping: 1-4 business days, $12.

NEW ZEALAND
Australia Post has advised of further shipping delays to New Zealand due to flight schedules. Please allow for up to an additional 10 days for delivery.

New Zealand orders are shipped using Australia Post's Pack and Track service with a tracking number provided. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Postage is a flat rate fee of $12.

Returns and exchanges

We happily offer store credits if you purchase a product that’s not right for you. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Import fees/taxes (NEW ZEALAND ORDERS)

The delivery cost for international online orders does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties. You, or the recipient, are responsible for the payment of any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. Please be aware that duties and taxes are assessed on the combined value of the goods in your parcel. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities to calculate additional duties and taxes on your parcel upon arrival into your country.

Preorders

Please note we do not partially fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item. Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner. NOTE: Shipping times act as estimates. Shipping fees on exchanges are to be covered by you, or the recipient.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance offers premium protection and safety on orders in the event they are lost or damaged during transit. We'll replace your full order at no additional charge. In order to qualify for insurance on lost orders, your parcel must be deemed lost by the parcel carrier via written confirmation. In the event your order is damaged, you must report any damages within 5 business days with photographic evidence. Shipping Insurance is not claimable in the event packages are stolen after being left in a safe place by the shipping carrier. 

If your order is lost or damaged during transit and shipping insurance was not purchased, unfortunately we are unable to replace your order.
