Beauty Fridge’s cold setting is designed to run at a higher temperature than a household fridge. Some kitchen fridges run between 0°C-3°C which can be detrimental to some products. Active ingredients may become frozen, broken down and damaged. Beauty Fridge is cool enough for your skincare and beauty items, but not cold enough to damage your products like your kitchen fridge might.

Unlike your normal kitchen fridge, Beauty Fridge can heat to 40ºC-50ºC (104ºF-122ºF) on its hot setting. On Beauty Fridge’s hot setting we recommend storing small towels for a facial, waxes and facial oils.

On Beauty Fridge’s cold setting we recommend storing skincare products from creams, face masks, facial mists/sprays, sunscreen, toners, serums and facial tools. By using your skincare products cold, you may experience calm and de-puffed skin compared to using a room temperature product. We also recommend storing beauty products such as perfumes, lipsticks/lip liners, mascaras and nail polish. This is especially advised during warmer months as cosmetic products can soften and nail polishes may dry out easily.

On Beauty Fridge’s hot setting we recommend storing small towels for a facial, waxes and facial oils. Beauty Fridge is not designed to store food or drinks, prescription items or medication. It is also not designed to store breast milk.

Beauty Fridge can cool down to 4ºC-10ºC (40ºF-50ºF) at 25˚C ambient or heat up to 0ºC-50ºC (104ºF-122ºF) with the ease of a switch.

Beauty Fridge measures 26cm x 18cm x 24cm (10"x7"x 9.5") with an internal capacity of 4 litres measuring 18cm x 13cm and 10cm deep (7"x5" and 4"). Beauty Fridge was designed to fit comfortably on even the smallest of bathroom or vanity counters, whilst still boasting generous space for your beauty products.

Beauty Fridge features an internal door shelf for additional space as well as a removable middle shelf located 12cm (4.7") from the based of your Beauty Fridge if you wish to store taller products.

We understand that many customers wish to store their Beauty Fridge inside their bathroom or bedroom, so we made sure to equip all of our Beauty Fridge’s with the most quiet fans, running at only 28db so you will not be disrupted by a loud humming noise.

A little condensation is normal and easily dealt with.

On occasion, you may notice a little condensation, in the form of frost or moisture droplets, inside your Beauty Fridge. This is normal and is best removed by wiping it down with a clean soft cloth.

Condensation is created by the presence of humidity or moisture and is impacted by factors such as the temperature or humidity of the surrounding environment, location, and the temperature of items before they are placed inside the fridge.

Unlike your kitchen fridge, your Beauty Fridge is thermo-electric and won't actively remove moisture from the air.

To minimise condensation, we recommend that you:
- Keep your Beauty Fridge in a cool, dry place away from heat sources, direct sunlight and the elements.
- Allow 10cm (4") clearance behind your fridge for optimal ventilation.
- Keep the Beauty Fridge door shut when not in use.
- Avoid placing warm or hot items in the Beauty Fridge if you are using the cold setting.
- Clean your Beauty Fridge regularly with a clean, soft cloth

On the rare occasion, some packages are returned to BeautyFridge HQ due to insufficient addresses or being unclaimed. In these circumstances, once your order is returned to our warehouse you will be issued with a store credit to the value of your original purchase. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credits are valid for 12 months from their issue date.

All Beauty Fridges come with a 1-year warranty* for peace of mind in the unlikely event your Beauty Fridge experiences a manufacturer fault. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, failures due to mis-use, or modifications.

*The warranty covers only the Beauty Fridge unit. It does not cover contents placed in the Beauty Fridge at any point of use.

Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee on our orders. This means we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you’ve purchased it.
